well dude i know why this question at such time and also why this new thing on your blog... what id like to say is that if you consider yourself a leader then you should be knowing how to manipulate your people well... i would rather say that you lack this skill... you cant manipulate your people within your " group" i would say...
to manipulate does not only means in the wrong way or to play with their feelings... manipulate people is also a an art... you cant just expect every people in your group or organisation to think equally or even in your favour every time... thus you must be able to manipulate these kind of people and i would mention one name here( ritesh)... he is pessimistic... yeah... every organisation needs this kind of person... this kind of person is really useful at times...
but when you think they are not useful now then they should be make useful... this is manipulating people... you just dont manipulate him but also his mind and perception... he thinks negatively always... good... if you are really a good leader then accept the challenge and make hime say one yes... make him agree with you once... just get him with you once by your side ready to support you once in a project...
well ill tell you one thing may be you dont know... this guy is not always like the way you think he is... he also can be a very good leader one day... well ill tell you something today... you remember the plan that i was about to put forward on the name of the society but unfortunately prashant ask us to not to go ahead with the project now and i wonder when we will do it aster... well today ill tell you that it was ritesh idea to do this thing and not all he plans everything himself and then discussed it with me... i also tell him that i will tell everybody that this is his project but he thinks no one will be with him coz i am the president and i have power over evrybody and that everybody will listen to me...
so this is a fact and also an example that he is also a good innovator as well...one more thing before i try to do anything i mean on the name of the society you know whom i consult first... Ritesh...i dont know whats your problem with him but you are underestimating this guy's potential... am not saying that you wrong but may be with time you will understand this mistake of yours...
one more thing...
i think that if you take yourself as a leader first of all you should learn how to respest others first... am not saying that you dont respect others but am trying to say that you should be more polite in the way you react with people... no example here though i can do it... i hope u know it by yourself...
well you have many favourite quotes by great leaders and thats a good thing that you treat them as your guru but remember this quote as well always... this is not said by great leaders but by your friend fawwaaz... try to think on that...
